Terms of purchase

Tickets for the shows sold on this website are sold by Alex Marzo Tarrasco (Alexander Main), tax ID 47421249X, registered at C/ Latorre 29, 4º 1ª, 08203 Sabadell (Barcelona), España. Contact: info@alexandermain.es and +34 672 80 17 42.

To buy, pick the showtime and number of tickets, enter a name and email (and, optionally, a phone number to also receive the tickets on WhatsApp) and pay. By pressing "Pay" you accept these terms and place the order.

Seats are reserved when you pay and for a few minutes only: if the payment is not completed, the reservation is released automatically and nothing is charged.

Prices are shown in euros, VAT included, with no booking fees. Payment is made by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or other methods offered at checkout and is processed by an external payment provider; we never store card details.

The order is confirmed when the payment provider reports the charge. You will receive the confirmation with your tickets at the email provided, which also serves as a simplified invoice.

Tickets are delivered instantly by email as a single QR code for the whole order, also available from the "View my tickets" link. No need to print them: just show the code on your phone at the door. Each code admits as many people as tickets in the order and cannot be used again.

If the show is cancelled or its date, time or venue changes, anyone unable to attend will receive a full refund, automatically if the cancellation is total.

Otherwise, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded. Under article 103(l) of the Spanish consolidated General Consumer Protection Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services with a specific performance date.

We recommend arriving 15 minutes before the start. Once the show has begun, admission may be restricted or allowed only at moments set by the venue. The recommended minimum age is shown on the show page. Video or audio recording of the show is not allowed.

The organiser may refuse admission or remove from the venue, without refund, anyone who disrupts the show or breaks the venue's rules.

Tickets are for personal use. Resale for profit is prohibited; resold codes may be cancelled.

Data provided at purchase is processed under the privacy policy to manage the order, deliver the tickets and handle any issue. These terms are governed by Spanish law; any dispute will be heard by the courts with jurisdiction under consumer protection rules.
